Subject: Urgent Appeal for Action Regarding Mass Exodus of Minorities and Demolition of Houses of Worship in India Dear Honorable Chief Justices of the Supreme Court, India. I am writing to bring to your attention the alarming situation of mass exodus faced by minority communities in India, compounded by the recent demolition of houses of worship. The current actions of the majoritarian government are leading to a severe crisis, endangering the lives and rights of countless individuals. The systematic targeting and discrimination against minorities, including but not limited to Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, and others, are resulting in widespread fear and insecurity. Reports of violence, forced displacement, and denial of basic rights are on the rise, painting a grim picture of the situation on the ground. Of particular concern is the demolition of houses of worship, which represents a blatant violation of the right to freedom of religion guaranteed by the Indian Constitution. Places of worship hold deep cultural and religious significance for minority communities, and their destruction only serves to deepen the sense of marginalization and exclusion. It is crucial for the Supreme Court to intervene immediately to protect the fundamental rights and liberties guaranteed by the Indian Constitution. The right to life, liberty, and equality before the law are under serious threat, and urgent action is needed to prevent further harm. We urge the Supreme Court to uphold the principles of justice, fairness, and equality enshrined in the Constitution. It is imperative to ensure the safety and well-being of all citizens, regardless of their religion or background. We respectfully request the Supreme Court to take immediate action to address this pressing issue and prevent further escalation of the crisis. The world is watching, and it is time for justice to prevail. Best Regards, Law Abiding Citizen of India.
