Extremely disappointed with the lack of professional coordination. They are highly unresponsive and there are significant delays in replying to urgent matters. Worse, they advised me to proceed with a property registry despite a hidden waiver clause in the NDC that would have cost me my ₹18 Lakhs delay penalty. When I pointed out this legal trap, they simply stated they 'can't coordinate further' instead of addressing the issue. Use caution if you have a complex claim.
