Mr manmay was assigned to me as senior lawyer who is just 27 years old who doesn't even know that in civil cases, fsl charges are generally paid by the party demanding fsl not govt. He gave me worng information. He even messaged me saying we have lost the case. He even had setting with counsel assigned by judge for hearing. He need to to work on both advocate skills and acting skills because he can't even hide his expressions. He was assigned to me kunal madan saying that he will monitor the case. But he didn't bother until and unless I complaint against Manmay. He took my case in a different direction. Kunal madan was not even monitoring the case. Due to lack of knowledge of Manmay, i paid the fee for extra date. Worst lawyer ever I met. Don't fall for his free consultation. He charged for Manmay as same as senior laywer. Y would I pay same to him if I can get experienced laywer in same price. Edit - 1. Manmay attended a call while my father was being interrogated by opposite counsel. This is the professionalism shown by them. This is the situation of their so called senior laywers to junior lawyers ka to kya hi haal hoga vo to bhawan jane. Ye banda judge k samne bhi phone scroll karta rahta hai. Typical genz behaviour. 2. He needs to learn a lot either his advocating skills or acting skills. 3. Yes I won because of cross examination of witness of will which was done by my previous lawyer not your team. Clearly mentioned in the judgement. 95 percent work by my previous lawyer. 4 Yes case can go in any direction but your own lawyer is contradicting your own statement by messaging that "We have lost the case". How can be so sure that we had lost the case. Because he didn’t want to take blame of that in case I had lost. So he was setting my mind before that for that scenario. 5. Inke so called senior laywer Manmay ko ye bhi nahi pata ki civil cases me fsl ko cost apply karne wala bear karta hai not govt. Ye to haal hai inke senior lawyers k. 6. Manmay was not even guided by his senior lawyers until n unless I intervened. Kunal was completely unaware of what was happening in the case till that time. This showed how your case is handled if your are not active.

My experience with Kunal goes back many years . His professional dedication, patience and the temperament of giving shoulders to his clients made this relationship the success it is today .
