Avoid AK Shreem House of Lawyers – A House of Negligence! If you’re considering hiring Amit Sharma for legal services, think twice. My experience with him was nothing short of a nightmare. I approached him for a consumer dispute case, expecting professional legal representation. After consulting with him, I decided to proceed with his services and paid his fees. However, what followed was a complete disaster. Instead of appearing in court himself, he sent his juniors—who weren’t even qualified advocates—to represent me. Worse, he failed to vet and verify my documents before submitting them to the judge. As a result, my case was dismissed entirely due to an incorrect document. While I acknowledge that one of the documents had an error on my part, it is precisely an advocate’s duty to thoroughly review and validate all submissions before presenting them in court. That’s the whole reason for hiring legal counsel—to ensure due diligence is done properly. When I pointed out his professional negligence, he outright denied any responsibility and instead blamed me. If that’s the case, why hire a lawyer at all? And here’s where it gets even worse—after I confronted him about his negligence, he had the audacity to drop my case entirely and refuse to represent me anymore. Instead of taking accountability, he left me high and dry, showing no regard for the time, money, and effort I had already invested. Some audacity—to mess up a case, abandon a client, and have too much pride to admit a mistake. Additionally, when the judge questioned the incorrect invoice, his unqualified juniors were unable to handle the situation, further damaging my case. To add insult to injury, this firm does not provide proper invoices for payments—just a vague letter stating the services and the amount paid since it doesn't have a gst number. That doesn't mean you can't issue an invoice. Lastly, I’ve noticed that many positive reviews here seem to be from current or former employees, which likely misled me into hiring his services in the first place. Don’t fall for the same trap. If you expect a lawyer who thoroughly vets documents, appears in court, and takes responsibility for due diligence, this is NOT the place for you.
