Paid ₹6,000 (CASH) upfront for a “premium, end‑to‑end” marriage certificate service through Advocate Vivek Sharma, with all assurances given by his staff member Shivani Yadav. The actual experience involved poor coordination, an inexperienced intern, multiple office runs, long waiting hours, and confusion throughout the day. We were later asked to pay ₹700 extra to expedite the file despite being promised all‑inclusive charges, and this amount was never adjusted. Overall, the service did not match what was promised. Major Disappointment!!
