Case no - 22046 of 2024 No . Never hire his services. Low knowledge , do not know english and drafted petition with multiple grammer mistakes I availed his services for Quashing of 482 crpc once i found him on internet . Till the time money was paid he was acting very naive and gentle the moment i paid money to him i found his actual colour . A very ill - mannered , stubborn half knowledge advocate and not only him his senior his also like him Vimal kumar pandey . I asked to file the case in 482 crpc but he filed in 226 writ . The case got dismissed on the first day as the chargesheet was already filed. By accident my aadhar was left in his custody he made several excuses and said " Mere munshi ke pass hain aake le lo " and started harrassing me .Only with the intervention of his senior my aadhar was retunred. If the doctor treats you badly thier is a remedy but if the advocate handle your case badly you are gone . Because above high court thier is only 1 court i.e Supreme court where fees of advocates are too high Be at your own risk .... i learned after taking his services 2 big things in life Again reitierate . Be at your own risk " neem hakim khatre jaan"
