She rarely appeared in cases in high court and supreme court of India. When dv is filed in Delhi where one partner is not resident cases needs to be quashed . She didn't do . I approached another lawyer for it. When kid was missing and not appearing for case in gaurdianship petition that needed to be dealt in gp case not in habeas corpus. When case was initially filed in India any case filed in another jurisdiction is invalid. She is not aware of that. I'm giving response to her review she filed gp in wrong jurisdiction. I never filed case in Australia opposite party did . She is not competent lacks legal acumen. Useless service. Many times she purposely lies to the client. Whatever she is she is winning all fake reviews paid reviews. Many of her legal options incorrect even chatgpt performs better. Most of her reviews fake and paid reviews When gaurdianship case was filed divorce case is invalid she never bothered to submit guardianship petition in divorce case. Such a stupidity She was asking how access got in Indian court applicable in foreign country. She is total waste. Through indian embassy we can get access she is not aware of that. Had I met my kid this case would have been solved
